Every coaching engagement is designed to provide measurable results using a proven process used by the top Fortune 500 companies.
This process delivers measurable improvement in leadership effectiveness 95% of the time.
As I am convinced about the efficacy of the process and committed to supporting leadership effectiveness growth of the leader, I only take 50% of the coaching program fee upfront.
The remainder is only paid if the leader has measurably improved his/her leadership effectiveness by the end of the program.
