Executive assessments offer a quick and effective way of identifying and accelerating any coaching intervention by providing both the individual and coach with an invaluable baseline from which to begin their coaching journey.  

These assessments provide an objective, scientific, and rigorous insight into an individual and their strengths as well as their limitations. The assessments look beyond what the individual might say and do, and elicits what is going on underneath the surface in terms of their drivers, motivations, values as well as possible derailing behaviors.  

Through a combined method of leader and stakeholder interviews, and psychometric feedback, we unpack how a leader affects and influences others; leads, motivates and inspires teams; copes with stress as well as solves complexity, thinks strategically and leads through change.

HOGAN PERSONALITY
INVENTORY (HPI)

 

The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) is a measure of normal personality and is used to predict job performance. The HPI is an ideal tool to help you strengthen your employee selection, leadership assessment and development, succession planning, and talent management processes.

 

HOGAN DEVELOPMENT
SURVEY (HDS)

 

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) psychometric test identifies personality-based performance risks and derailers of interpersonal behaviour. These derailers affect an individual’s leadership style and actions. If these behaviour patterns are recognized however, they can be compensated by development and coaching.

 

MOTIVES, VALUES, PREFERENCES
INVENTORY (MVPI)

 

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) is an employment aptitude test that reveals a person’s core values, goals and interests. Results indicate which type of position, job and environment will be most motivating for the employee and when he/she will feel the most satisfied.

 

360 & PERSONALITY TYPE ASSESSMENTS

This helps assess the leader on real-life competencies required for success in today’s world.

 

RISO-HUDSON ENNEAGRAM TYPE

For individuals ready to explore deeper into how and why they do the things they do, an enneagram test can be helpful. The Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator (RHETI) is a forced-choice personality test that has been scientifically validated and produces a full personality profile across all nine personality types. The forced-choice format yields information not only about the user’s main personality type, but also about other major personality structures.

This provides a unique portrait that indicates the relative strengths and weaknesses of the nine types within their overall personality.

 

COACHING DEBRIEF

After completing your assessment, you’ll participate in a 90-minute coaching debrief that will help you understand and implement the assessment information.
